Alicja Wilczek
Alicja is a lawyer specializing in online law, contract law, and data protection law. She began her legal practice in 2018 in the field of intellectual property law – a field that quickly sparked her interest in digital and cross-border legal issues.
She is particularly fascinated by the dynamics of the internet: new technologies, constantly evolving legal frameworks, and the challenge of creating legal certainty in the digital space. This is precisely where she focuses – with a practical, solution-oriented approach and a clear understanding of her clients’ individual needs.
“Law should be understandable, tangible, and fair – especially in the digital space. As a young lawyer, I have specialized in online law and data protection law because I am convinced that we particularly need more guidance and protection in this area.
My legal journey began in the field of intellectual property law, which I have been intensively involved with since 2018. The interfaces between law, technology, and entrepreneurial action have fascinated me from the very beginning.
I originally come from Poland and have never perceived my background as a hurdle, but rather as a strength. It has shown me how valuable cultural perspectives are – especially in a networked, global world.”
- Alicja completed her law studies at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, specializing in business law, competition law, copyright law, and trademark law.
- She completed her legal traineeship at the Wuppertal Regional Court with the second state examination at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court.
- She worked at a law firm in Düsseldorf since 2018, subsequently became self-employed from 2022, and has been running her own law firm since 2024.
- Since 2023, with her own company “Easy Datenschutz”, she has been active as a Data Protection Officer, Data Protection Auditor, IT Security Officer, and Data Protection Coordinator.
- She provides advice in German, English, and Polish.
