Marta Fandrey
Attorney Marta Fandrey specializes in international trade and business law, advising companies from various industries operating globally. She specializes in litigation in sales law and contract for work and services law with cross-border implications. She also represents her clients before arbitration tribunals. She advises merchants on all aspects of purchasing processes and contract management, with a special focus on private international law.
Her qualification as a Polish attorney enables her to provide bespoke solutions for companies operating in the Polish market, carefully considering both German and Polish legal systems.
Another focus of her work is providing legal advice to foreign companies entering the German market, covering company formation, the hiring of managing directors and employees, and contract drafting, as well as ongoing guidance for business operations in Germany, whether industry-specific or cross-sector, for example regarding the Packaging Act. She works closely with specialists from other fields, such as tax advisors and attorneys specializing in social and labor law.

- Attorney Marta Fandrey completed her law degree in 2003 in Gdańsk and pursued two postgraduate programs (LL.M.) at the University of Düsseldorf (2005) and the University of Cologne (2018).
- Since 2008, she has been admitted as a radca prawna (attorney) in Poland and, since 2009, a member of the Düsseldorf Bar Association. In 2024, she was admitted as a German attorney.
- As an attorney, she has worked for law firms in Gdańsk and Düsseldorf, and since 2019, she has been running her own practice in Düsseldorf.
- She provides legal advice in German, Polish, and English.
